Developing the theme of Line and Space, beginning with freehand 'straight' line and continuing with parallel line. Hand drawn west to east and north to south, the combination of chance and manipulation giving an ambiguous whole.

Using horizontal, parallel lines with each line touching the next but not overlapping. The tension and movement created being disrupted with both unforced and deliberate breaks.

Beginning with a straight line and developing as more lines were added. Imperfections in each line directly affecting it's parallel neighbours.
Space between the sides and ends of each line giving as much to the overall image as the lines themselves.
